The nature of the services
What is provided is administrative support: advice on the procedure, preparing and checking documents, filling in applications, dealing with government agencies as part of that support, and keeping track of deadlines.
These services are not legal assistance in the sense of representation in court, and they do not include legal opinions. Where that is needed, consulting a lawyer is recommended.
Price
- Prices are in Georgian lari and cover only the provider's own work
- State fees, notary and translator services and bank charges are paid separately at actual cost
- The full estimate is given before the work starts
- Urgent service is charged with the surcharge stated in the price list
What is outside the provider's control
Decisions on applications are made by government agencies. The provider does not guarantee a positive outcome or how long a case takes, but does ensure the preparation is complete and correct and that requests are answered promptly.
What the applicant does
- Provide accurate documents and information
- Attend in person the stages that by law cannot be handed over to someone else (for example, the compulsory video interview)
- Pay state fees on time
Confidentiality
The documents and data received are used only for the agreed procedure. More detail is in the privacy policy.
