Who processes your data

The site belongs to an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) who provides administrative support services in Georgia. Contact details are on the Contact page.

What data is collected

The site is static and does not create accounts by itself or keep a database of visitors. Data appears only when you send it yourself.

• Your name and a way to reach you, if you filled in the enquiry form
• The text of your message
• The page language and the address of the page the enquiry was sent from
• Anonymised visit statistics, if analytics is switched on

Why

The only purpose is to reply to you and provide the service you are asking about. The data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Who it is passed to

• The form delivery service — only so the message reaches me
• Government agencies, a notary, a translator or a bank — only as far as your procedure requires, and only with your consent
• No one else

How long it is kept

Correspondence and documents are kept for as long as the service and the requirements of the law make necessary, and are deleted after that.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data — write to the contact address and I will do it.

The site uses no advertising cookies. The language you choose is stored in your browser's local storage so you are not asked every time; it is not passed on to anyone.
